Anger Management, a better title would be - Peace Talks: Everything a Peace Officer Needs to Know about Becoming a Productive Communicator in the Face of All Disruptive Emotions, Including Anger, so They Can Enjoy More Peace at Home and Better Results on the Job, not a title that fits well on a course listing, but it sums up what this course is about. When you think about your disruptive emotions, you might think about anger, fear, sadness, or disgust. What do those emotions disrupt? They disrupt your ability to communicate in productive ways.

But if this world has things to get angry about, to be afraid of, to be sad about, and to be repulsed by, you’re going to experience these emotions. The goal isn’t to eliminate the emotions but to have productive communication in their presence.

Please note, the entire course, final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive eight (8) hours of course credit.
